Multi-Trader / Handyperson – York (Temporary)

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trader / Handyperson to join a residential project in York on a temporary basis. The role will involve a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks, with an immediate start available.

Duties will include:

Painting and decorating (residential)

*

Sanding and preparation work

*

Fixing leaky taps and minor plumbing (fitting shower heads, adjusting water pressure)

*

Changing light fittings and basic electrical maintenance

*

Removing and fitting blinds

*

Basic joinery and repair tasks

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Handyperson, Multi-Trader, or in a similar role

*

Good all-round maintenance skills with a high standard of workmanship

*

Ability to work independently and efficiently

*

Own tools and transport desirable but not essential
