About the Client
Our Client is a leading global security services provider specialising in asset protection, risk mitigation and tailored consultancy for high‑net‑worth and high‑risk individuals and organisations. Roles / Responsibilities
Develop and manage a pipeline of UHNW individuals and their advisors (e.g., family offices, private banks, luxury estates)
Conduct consultative sales, identifying unique security needs, proposing tailored solutions and closing high‑value contracts
Build and nurture strong relationships with senior decision‑makers, forging long‑term partnerships
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, risk consultants, operations) to ensure proposals meet bespoke requirements
Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the UHNW client segment
Qualifications
Proven track record of high‑ticket business development (sales to UHNWIs or luxury/asset protection markets preferred)
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and closing £100k+ deals
Strong ability to understand complex customer needs and translate into bespoke solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working with high value clients in a discreet environmentBenefits
Competitive base salary of £60K‑£80K plus OTE of £120K‑£150K
