Main Purpose of Role

The Reproductive Data Specialist (RDS) will play a key administrative and analytical role within the Reproductive Services team. Reporting to the Reproductive Services Manager, the RDS will be responsible for coordinating technician rotas and analysing reproductive performance data from customer farms. This role is essential in supporting service delivery, improving herd fertility outcomes, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

·  Create and manage rotas for AI Technicians, ensuring efficient coverage and service delivery.

·  Analyse reproductive data from customer farms, including heat detection trends, conception rates, and fertility performance.

·  Support the Reproductive Services Manager with administrative tasks and reporting.

·  Prepare fertility review reports and assist in interpreting data for internal and external stakeholders.

·  Liaise with field teams to ensure accurate data collection and timely reporting.

·  Maintain and update internal databases and herd management systems.

·  Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the reproductive services function.Essential Skills and Attributes.

Person Specification

·  Strong analytical skills with experience working with agricultural or biological data.

·  Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.

·  Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.

·  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

·  Experience in livestock reproduction or herd management.

·  Familiarity with AI technician operations and scheduling.

·  Knowledge of herd management software (Uniform).
