Key Responsibilities:

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor in Swindon, you will:

* Consult with clients to understand their financial situation and mortgage needs.

* Offer whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice (post-training).

* Learn to manage and submit mortgage applications from start to finish.

* Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, and lenders to progress cases.

* Work towards personal KPIs and team sales targets.

* Gain your CeMAP 1 and additional industry certifications as part of your training.

Candidate Requirements:

To be successful in this role in Swindon, you will need:

* CeMAP 1 qualification or willingness to complete before starting.

* Experience in sales, estate agency, finance, or customer service (ideal but not essential).

* Clean credit history and no CCJs.

* UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

* Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

* Ambition, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
