Job Title: Electrician
Location: Mobile – East & West Midlands
Salary: £37,000 – £40,000 per year (£17.79 – £19.23 per hour)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours/week)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our team. This is a mobile role, travelling to commercial and domestic sites across the East and West Midlands. You will be responsible for electrical installations, reactive maintenance, EICR testing, 1 & 3 phase power work, and LED lighting upgrades.
Key responsibilities include:

Attend service calls and reactive breakdowns, diagnosing and repairing faults efficiently.

Carry out planned and responsive maintenance and repairs.
*
Lead and coordinate helpers on installations when required.
*
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations and client standards.
*
Proactively identify and quote for additional works.
*
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tasks.
Requirements
*
Minimum 5 years’ industry experience in commercial and domestic electrical installations.
*
Strong knowledge of BS 7671 – IET Wiring Regulations.
*
Qualified in City & Guilds BS7671:2018 Level 3 and City & Guilds 2391/2391-52 (Testing & Inspecting).
*
Health & Safety aware with a proactive approach to safe working practices.
*
Flexible and willing to travel across the East & West Midlands.
*
Able to work additional hours as needed, including emergency call-outs.
*
Strong communication skills and a professional approach to customers and colleagues.
*
Full UK clean driving licence.
