Key Responsibilities:

* Perform reactive and pre-planned maintenance on plumbing systems on the site (UCLH) including pipework, sinks, taps and plant room.

* Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Handle modifications and installations as required.

* Coordinate with sub-contractors and external suppliers.

* Work as part of a team of 15 dedicated engineers.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

* Level 2 Plumbing Qualification

* Prior experience in a healthcare environment would be beneficial but not essential.

* Competence in report writing and handling paperwork.

Shift Pattern:

* Monday to Friday

* 8am - 5pm

* No On Call Rota!
