About the Role:

We're 365 People... a bold, fast-growing recruitment business making serious moves in the transport and industrial sectors. Our Oldbury branch is buzzing, and we’re on the hunt for a Recruitment Consultant ready to roll up their sleeves, smash targets, and make their mark.

What You'll Be Doing:

Running a warm desk with loads of potential

*

Sourcing and placing top-tier candidates in transport & industrial roles

*

Building rock-solid relationships with clients and candidates

*

Driving business development and winning new accounts

*

Working closely with our tight-knit team to hit goals and have fun doing it!

About You:

You've got some recruitment experience under your belt

*

You're driven, ambitious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

You know how to hunt for clients and match talent like a pro

You’re all about teamwork, but love owning your success too

What You’ll Get:

Up to £30,000 basic salary (DOE)

Uncapped commission – your effort = your earnings
