Rayleigh Schools Trust is seeking an exceptional and values-driven leader to take on the dual role of Chief Executive Officer of the Trust and Headteacher of The Sweyne Park School.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead a growing multi-academy trust, and to shape the next chapter of a thriving secondary school with a successful sixth form and a strong reputation for inclusion and community engagement.

As CEO and Headteacher, you will:

Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Trust and The Sweyne Park School

Be accountable for educational standards, safeguarding, finance and compliance

Lead school improvement and ensure outstanding outcomes for all pupils

Work closely with Trustees, Governors, senior leaders and external partners

Guide the future growth and development of the Trust

This role combines hands on school leadership with executive responsibility and is ideally suited to an experienced Headteacher ready to step into Trust leadership
