The Role

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting teaching and learning throughout the school. You’ll lead small group sessions, deliver pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence, and assist with classroom planning, assessment, and interventions. Your expertise will help pupils thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

What We’re Looking For

• HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)

• Confidence delivering lessons across EYFS–KS2

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• A proactive, positive attitude and passion for education
