We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day electrical delivery on a high-profile, £4M M&E CAT B fitout project in Wantage. The client is a globally recognised motorsport brand, and the project demands precision, coordination, and strong site leadership.

You’ll be the key presence on site for the electrical works, ensuring that installations are delivered safely, to the correct standard, and in line with the programme. You'll be reviewing drawings for buildability, raising and managing RFIs where needed, and working closely with electricians to ensure that installations — from distribution boards through to final lighting — are installed correctly and efficiently. You'll also liaise with the Project Manager and preconstruction team to ensure materials are procured on time and that any issues affecting progress are identified early.

This is a fast-track build in a live environment, so we're looking for a proactive Supervisor who is comfortable driving the programme, maintaining quality control, and coordinating closely with other trades. Previous experience supervising electrical works on similar scale CAT B fitouts is essential. This is a full-time site-based role in Wantage — no remote working — and an immediate start is available
