Location: Reading | Type: Full-time | Field-based role

Salary: £37,000 – £42,750 DOE + £4,200 car allowance + bonus

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Reliability Engineer with a focus on thermographic surveys and condition-based maintenance. This is a field-based role suited to someone who thrives on autonomy, problem-solving, and technical reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
