Salary: £25,000–£26,000 + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30 & 08:30–17:30
Location: Elmbridge Court, Gloucester

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across all recruitment stages
Match candidates to roles, ensuring satisfaction for both clients and candidates
Support payroll, compliance, and pre-employment checks accurately
Identify new business opportunities and support service delivery
Contribute to achieving branch and individual targets through proactive serviceTo be Successful:

Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
Knowledge of employee rights, equality, diversity, and inclusion is a plus
