We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Administrator to support the smooth running of our clients operations. The successful Business Administrator will play a key role in ensuring administrative processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Manage office systems, databases, and records, keeping all documentation accurate and up to date.
Support senior management with scheduling, meeting coordination, and reporting.
Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and draft internal communications.
Assist with financial administration including invoicing, expenses, and budget tracking.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication.
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the business.
Skills & Experience

Proven experience in an administrative or business support role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with digital tools.
Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.
A problem-solving mindset with initiative to suggest improvements
