My client is seeking a Site Manager to work on a planned maintenance contract in West Sussex.

The successful Site Manager will be overseeing kitchen & bathroom replacements, window and door replacements/repairs and fire door installation. You will be responsible for ensuring that works are completed to the right spec, there will be some liaison with residents at times to deal with queries and complaints. The properties are scattered so you will be organised and able to plan your day effectively to get the best and most efficient results.

To be considered for this Site Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness certificates. You must also have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

This Site Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis paying £28.50 per hour CIS. Mileage is covered at 45p per mile.

We are ideally looking for a Site Manager with previous planned maintenance experience.
