Job Opportunity: Landscape Architect

Location: East Sussex

A dynamic consultancy in East Sussex is seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join their team. They design public and commercial landscapes for a range of development types, with projects up to £5M in value.

About the Consultancy: This design consultancy is driven by a robust design ethos. The company has many years of experience of major UK developments, planning and designing projects, environmental impact assessments and Masterplanning.

Ideal Candidates: The consultancy is seeking Landscape Architects with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Essential qualities include technical proficiency, strong design acumen, demonstrable experience of landscape planning, and experience in leading projects, managing teams, and client interaction.

Experience: 2 years+ in landscape design

*

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field

*

Desired: Chartered or in progress towards chartered status

*

Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong technical skills and design capabilities. Revit experience is desirable but not essential as full training can be provided.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage landscape design projects from conception to completion.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other consultants, local communities, councils, and stakeholders.

Develop and retain strong communication channels within the design team.

*

Contribute to the creation of inspiring outdoor environments that enhance communities and enrich lives.
