Customs Coordinator - The Rewards

Salary from £25,000 upwards dependant upon experience
9am-5:30pm or 8am-4:30pm
Training and development opportunities available Customs Coordinator - Requirements

Any customs clearance related experience
Experience with Cargowise is an advantage
Desirable to have experience with customs clearance database
Ensure legislative compliance
Ensure that the company operates within all agreed operational procedures
Prepare correct documentation for all aspects of the transportation of good
Follow transport and customs regulations, where relevant, to conform to all statutory requirements Customs Coordinator - Responsibilities

Co-ordinate the customs clearance between the customer and internal function
Monitor the clearance status of shipments.
Provide release notifications to enable cargo to be delivered
Liaise with the warehouse to be aware of timescales
Manage the discharge process for chamber of commerce About Us
