We’re now looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our new Children’s Home (EBD) in Derby (DE21); a beautifully refurbished two-bed home ready for Ofsted registration.

This is your opportunity to shape, lead, and grow a service from the ground up, with the autonomy to build your team and deliver outstanding outcomes for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Within months, you could progress to dual-registered status (£85k - £100k+), and as we open more homes across Derbyshire, you’ll have a clear route to Regional Manager level.

What You’ll Need:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People’s Services)

Proven experience managing EBD or similar Children’s Residential Homes

Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and inspection processes

Confident leadership and staff development skills

A proactive, passionate approach to improving children’s lives
