Marketing Assistant responsibilities:
* CRM Management: Maintain and update our customer relationship management system to ensure our pipeline is current, organised, and driving business development.
* Client Outreach: Make professional outbound calls to prospective clients, helping to build and nurture long-term relationships.
* Event Planning: Organise and support company events, client meetings, and networking opportunities—ensuring the company is always represented at its best.
* Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to showcase our work and values.
* Marketing Support: Assist with creating marketing materials, brochures, case studies, and bid submissions.
* Admin & Coordination: Support Directors in their daily activities and help keep the business moving smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements for the Marketing Assistant:
* Experience in marketing, administration, or business support (construction industry experience is a bonus, not a must)
* Confident communicator—both written and verbal
* Proactive, reliable, and organised, with great attention to detail
* Comfortable using software tools like CRMs, Excel, Canva, and social media platforms
* A genuine interest in construction, business growth, and building relationships
