Are you a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills? Our client in Southend is looking for a Call Centre / Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis.

What you'll be doing:

Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
Assisting customers with queries and providing accurate information
Updating and maintaining records on internal systems
Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
Ensuring excellent customer service at all timesWhat we're looking for:

Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
