Key Responsibilities:

Perform hand digging operations for groundwork tasks
Work efficiently as a team to meet project deadlines
Maintain a high standard of workmanship
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols on-site

Job Requirements:

All team members must hold a valid CSCS Card
All team members must hold a valid EUSR Clean Water Card
Proven experience in hand digging and groundwork
Ability to commute to Colchester daily
