As a Sous Chef in Worcester, you'll play a vital role in preparing daily dishes, contributing to exciting new recipes, and ensuring the consistent quality of our food. You'll also have the opportunity to guide and train junior members of the kitchen team, helping them to develop their skills. We are looking for a dedicated Chef who is keen to progress and learn.

As a Sous Chef your responsibilities will include:

Preparing daily dishes to a high standard.
Contributing your creative ideas to recipe development.
Guiding and training junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
Monitoring ingredient quality and managing stock levels.
Ensuring the kitchen adheres to strict cleanliness and food safety rules.
Coordinating effectively with other kitchen sections.
Occasionally engaging with guests to gather feedback.
Assisting with staff scheduling and record-keeping.
Working to a 2 AA Rosette standard.
