Linsco are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee a new build residential development in York on a short-term basis.

The role will involve managing daily site activity, supervising trades, and ensuring that work is completed to high standards of safety and quality. This is ideal for a hands-on manager looking for a quick project to step into with an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations on a live new build housing site
Manage subcontractors and site teams
Ensure health & safety standards are strictly adhered to
Monitor progress and report to senior management
Maintain site records and ensure compliance with build programmeRequirements:

Proven experience managing new build housing projects
SMSTS
CSCS card
First Aid at Work
Strong communication and organisational skills
