Working as an Higher Level Teaching Assistant in Wolverhampton, you'll play an active part in shaping high-quality teaching and ensuring students remain engaged, challenged, and enthusiastic.

Key responsibilities:
* Lead small-group and whole-class learning under teacher guidance
* Plan and deliver targeted interventions to raise attainment
* Support behaviour management and promote a positive learning climate

* Assist with assessment and tracking of pupil progress
* Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families

Requirements:
* Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or extensive TA experience at higher level
* Ability to lead learning confidently and independently
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing (Enhanced DBS required)
* Enthusiasm for ongoing professional development
