Salary: £38-44,000

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to join a well-established and growing architectural practice based in Towcester. This role offers the chance for an Architectural Technologist to work on a varied portfolio of high-quality residential and commercial projects within a collaborative, design-led studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and full construction packages as an Architectural Technologist
* Assist with the development of designs, ensuring solutions are practical, buildable, and compliant with current regulations
* Work closely with internal project teams to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
* Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities as required
* Conduct site surveys and attend site visits or inspections
* Stay up to date with current building regulations, industry developments, and best practice

Key Requirements

* Proven experience working as an Architectural Technologist
* Degree or relevant qualification in Architectural Technology
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
* Good understanding of UK building regulations, construction methods, and technical detailing
* Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
* Methodical, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
