Location: Residential Unit, 19 Orient St, 10 Bradenham Close, Southwark, London, SE114SR

Start Date: ASAP                                               

Contract Duration: 1+ Month

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £18.85 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Provide daily support and assistance to residents, ensuring their well-being and safety.

Help residents with personal care tasks and daily activities.

Encourage and support residents in developing independent living skills.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of residents' progress and activities.

Collaborate with team members and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.

Person Specifications

Must Have

Experience in a similar support role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.

Empathy and patience when working with residents.

Nice to Have

Relevant qualifications in health or social care.

First aid certification.

Experience working with individuals with specific needs.

Knowledge of local resources and services.
