A well-regarded law firm with a strong reputation in both private and publicly funded family law. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Solicitor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role also requires the successful candidate to act as a Legal Aid Supervisor.

The Role

This is a varied position involving both private and publicly funded family law work, including:

*

Children and matrimonial matters

*

Legal Aid and private fee-paying cases

*

Case preparation, advocacy, and court representation

*

Supervisory responsibilities in line with Legal Aid Agency requirements

Key Requirements

*

Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in family law

*

Experience in both private and public law, including Legal Aid

*

Eligible and willing to act as Legal Aid Supervisor

*

Strong organisational and interpersonal skills

*

Comfortable working independently in a busy office environment

Working Hours

*

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

*

Office-based (no remote working)
