Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for a rewarding role where your work truly matters? At Wilderness Way, we provide safe and comfortable homes for young people, and we need a hands-on professional to help maintain and improve our properties.

What You’ll Do:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across our properties.

Work on a variety of tasks, from joinery and plumbing to decorating and grounds maintenance.

Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for children.

Collaborate with our team and contractors to deliver high-quality repairs.

Take the lead on planned works and support the estates team with surveys and maintenance planning.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance or construction.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices.
