M4 Recruitment are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator to join our client's close-knit Customer Support Team. As the first point of contact for our customers and Field Sales Team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, processing orders, and resolving enquiries with efficiency and care.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and thrives on providing high-quality support that enhances the customer experience.
Working Hours
*
Monday to Friday: (8.45am – 5.00pm)
Key Responsibilities
*
Accurately process customer orders received by phone and email, ensuring prompt turnaround.
*
Provide product support and offer practical solutions to customer queries.
*
Efficiently manage and resolve a wide range of customer enquiries.
*
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment and strong interdepartmental relationships.
*
Maintain and update customer account information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
*
Handle complex customer complaints, working towards quick, effective resolutions and clear communication.
*
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments or purchase orders to avoid fulfilment delays.
*
Work towards individual and team KPIs, supporting the achievement of overall performance targets.
Skills & Experience Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*
Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
*
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate across departments.
*
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*
Confident in using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook) and CRM systems.

Willingness to learn about our products and services to better support customers.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
