SEN Teacher - SEPTEMBER START
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 (M1–UPS3)
Hours: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)
Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity to work with a specialist SEN provision in Milton Keynes. The school supports children and young people with Autism and Social Communication Difficulties, often with associated learning needs.

As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality teaching within a meaningful and engaging curriculum that stretches and supports all learners in your class.
Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate:
PGCE, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification and evidence of in-service training
Working knowledge of the Teacher Standards and expectations
Knowledge and personal experience of SEN learning, particularly sensory-led curriculums
Positive team working, being able to contribute to our established team
Diligence and accuracy in assessing, reporting, and recording
The ability to lead and direct other adults supporting within the class
Willingness to participate in physical intervention and personal care routines if required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
