Cover Supervisor / Unqualified Teacher – Full Time or Part Time – Redditch Smile Education – Partnered Middle School

Smile Education are seeking confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors or Unqualified Teachers to work within one of our partner middle schools in Redditch. We have both full-time and part-time roles available for individuals passionate about supporting learning across Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3.
This role is ideal for those considering a future in teaching or looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive school setting. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting pupils in their daily learning.

About the Role
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Delivering pre-set lessons across KS2 and KS3
Managing classroom behaviour and engagement
Supporting students in completing assigned work

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
Confident in managing classroom settings
