CNX Recruitment are working in partnership with a reputable and growing construction contractor, to recruit an experienced Site Manager for ongoing projects across the North of England.

This is an ongoing contract role offering long-term secured work at a rate of £240–£260 per shift (depending on location), with travel and accommodation fully provided.

The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager with a strong background delivering construction projects for Tesco and Amazon. You must have in-depth knowledge of their site standards, compliance procedures, health & safety expectations, and operational requirements.

You will take full responsibility for site delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations from start to finish

*

Manage subcontractors and site teams

*

Ensure compliance with Tesco and Amazon site protocols

*

Maintain and drive programme schedules

*

Liaise directly with client representatives

*

Monitor quality standards and manage snagging

*

Maintain all H&S documentation and site reporting

Requirements

*

Extensive experience delivering projects for Tesco and/or Amazon (essential)

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction sector

*

Strong understanding of live retail and logistics environments

*

SMSTS (essential)

*

First Aid at Work (essential)

*

CSCS (Black or Gold preferred)

*

Excellent leadership and organisational skills

*

Full UK Driving Licence
