Our client is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their warehouse team in Godstone. This position starts as a temporary role with the exciting possibility of transitioning into a permanent position based on your performance and the needs of the business.

What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include:

Picking, packing, and dispatching goods to fulfil customer orders.
Ensuring goods are packed securely for transport.
Receiving and unloading goods at the loading bay.
Storing received items in designated areas within the warehouse.
Moving and rearranging stock using hand or heavy lifting equipment (Forklift operators welcome!).
Loading goods onto UPS trucks and third-party carriers for shipping.
Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
Adapting to flexible working hours during busy periods.
Operating a hand-held scanner for picking and stock counting.
Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities:

A positive attitude and a flexible approach to work.
Experience working in a warehouse setting is a plus!
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with your team.
Self-motivated and disciplined to meet daily targets.
Basic computer literacy to manage inventory systems.
Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Physical capability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 25kg.
