Description

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, Board and Committees and governance activities including managing information and correspondence.
Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO as required.
Assist with drafting and proofing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Maintain and manage confidential records and files with the utmost discretion.
Support the CEO in implementing strategic initiatives and key projects.
Handle ad hoc tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the CEO's office.Profile

A successful EA to CEO should have:

Proven experience in providing executive-level administrative support, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
