Supporting the Team Manager in leading and developing the social work team to safeguard vulnerable children, young people, and families, delivering high-quality services and improving outcomes
Upholding the reputation of the Service and the Council
Operating within Safeguarding frameworks
Conducting risk assessments and making informed decisions
Managing a complex and diverse caseload
Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children at riskRequirements for this role:

Social Work Degree or equivalent qualification
Registration with Social Work England
Enhanced DBS clearanceExperience working with children is essential for this position.
