Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts - 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Employment Type: Full-time, Ongoing
Start Date: Immediate

Job Overview:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bay Operative to join our team in Grimsby. This role requires a valid FLT Reach and Counterbalance licence and involves supporting warehouse operations, specifically in goods-in, goods-out, and bay management.

You will work on a weekly rotating shift pattern:

Week 1: 6:00am-2:00pm
Week 2: 2:00pm-10:00pm(Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload goods using FLT Reach and Counterbalance trucks
Move stock in and out of bay areas efficiently and safely
Ensure accurate stock placement and labelling
Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Work closely with team leaders to meet dispatch and intake schedules
Follow all site health & safety procedures and protocolsRequirements:

Valid FLT Reach Truck licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
Previous experience in a similar warehouse role
Physically fit and able to manage manual handling tasks
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
