Your Role:
As a LabView Software Engineer, you'll be the linchpin of our innovative team, reporting directly to the Technical Director. Your mission? To lead the charge in delivering stellar software and hardware projects, all while driving continuous improvement initiatives that keep us ahead of the curve.

Here's What You'll Do:
- **Project Delivery:** Lead with finesse, ensuring projects are not just completed but exceed expectations, on time and within budget.

- **Process Enhancement:** Be the architect of efficiency, crafting code libraries, frameworks, and tools that streamline our workflows.

- **Team Leadership:** Inspire and mentor, guiding our engineers to greatness and fostering a culture of growth.

- **Development Methodologies:** Embrace versatility, applying the right methodologies – from 'V-model' to Agile – to each unique project.

- **Quality Assurance:** Set the bar high, implementing best practices to ensure our solutions are rock-solid reliable.

**What You Bring to the Table:**

A master of LabVIEW with a knack for PLC and embedded software.
4 years LabView development experience 
OO Object Orientated development
RTOS, Real Time Operating Systems 
A team player through and through, you thrive in diverse environments.
You're not just a leader; you're a mentor, passionate about nurturing talent.
Versatile in methodologies, you're equally at home with 'V-model' and Agile.
