Cruise Consultant Duties:
* Engage with potential travellers via phone, email, and online chat to understand their cruise preferences, budgets, and travel goals.
* Recommend tailored cruise packages, shore excursions, and pre/post-cruise travel arrangements to suit each customer’s needs.
* Guide customers through the booking process, providing clear explanations of pricing, promotions, and policies to secure bookings.
* Develop long-term connections with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Keep up-to-date on cruise line offerings, destinations, and industry trends to deliver expert advice and recommendations.
* Work towards achievable sales goals with support from an experienced team whilst earning lucrative commission.

Cruise Consultant – Essential Requirements:
