Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Gas Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Mobile Gas Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile Gas Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Gas Engineer​​​​​​​, will be responsible for:

* Perform maintenance and repairs on commercial gas systems across various client sites.

* Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and complete all required documentation.

* Respond to reactive and emergency maintenance issues using handheld technology.

* Complete all statutory and mandatory compliance tasks and ensure accurate certification.

* Carry out basic electrical and fabric-related tasks as needed.

* Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours support.

* Assist team members and follow direction from Supervisors or Contract Managers.

* Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.

* Issue permits and supervise small works and escort duties as necessary.

* Identify additional works or opportunities on-site and support in quoting processes.

To be successful for this Mobile Gas Engineer​​​​​​​ role you must have:

* Holds City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent qualifications in relevant disciplines.

* Proven experience with gas systems, boilers, pumps, ventilation, and minor electrics.

* Strong understanding of Health & Safety and safe working practices.

* Effective at completing paperwork and using handheld tech for job management.

* Flexible and reliable, especially for on-call duties.

* Proactive in identifying additional work opportunities and client needs.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Holds a valid driving licence and comfortable with a mobile, field-based role.
