The role & about the client:
 
On behalf of our client, ITS Construction Professionals South are recruiting for a Contracts Manager/ Project Manager for a construction company based in Portsmouth. 

Key Responsibilities:

Management of site team and ensure effective management
Health and safety plans 
Motivating and inspiring the team
To be familiar with background of working on the tools and have trades experience.
To be commercially aware as will be involved with pricing and confirming invoices. 
Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained. 
Following project through to final accounts
Experience at managing multiple contracts and assist with any issues and general duties 
Creating and management of program
Client meetings and associated issues. The ideal candidate will have/be:

Proven experience as Contracts Manager/ Project Manager
Experience of a trades background 
To be commercially aware
Experience working with extensions and moderations. 
DBS which can be completed in house
Relevant tickets, SMSTS, DBS, First Aid essential and CSCS preferred.    Please send an up- to-date CV in strict confidence.
