An outstanding secondary school in Cheltenham is seeking a visionary Head of Design & Technology to take up the role in September 2025. This position involves shaping a forward-thinking DT curriculum and leading a dedicated team in delivering inspiring practical pedagogy.

About the Role
Lead lessons across KS3–4, manage CAD/CAM and workshop innovation, and oversee departmental direction. You’ll mentor staff, coordinate health and safety protocols, and forge links with local industries to enrich student experiences.

Key responsibilities will include:

Maintaining workshop standards and ensuring legal compliance
