SEN Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a supportive and inclusive primary school in Bury for a SEN Teaching Assistant.

The Role:

Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN

Supporting children with EHCPs and individual learning plans

Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

Helping pupils access the curriculum in a positive way

Ideal Candidate:

Experience supporting SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH or similar)

A caring, resilient, and adaptable approach

Strong communication skills

A genuine commitment to supporting children's progress

Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
