Our client is a highly regarded law firm seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Real Estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of property matters, with a focus on leasehold enfranchisement, while enjoying a flexible hybrid working policy.
Location: Canterbury office with hybrid working after the initial settling-in period.
What you’ll do:
* Handle leasehold enfranchisement cases
* Manage freehold acquisitions and disposals
* Undertake general commercial and residential property work
What you’ll bring:
* 3+ years PQE in property law
* Strong knowledge of long leasehold work, including enfranchisement and lease extensions
* Experience with service/maintenance charge disputes
* Familiarity with County Court and Property Tribunal processes
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
