Salary: Circa £35,000, plus commission and benefits

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Print Sales Executive to join a well-established and growing print business in Staffordshire. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional with a strong background in print sales to help expand our client base and drive business growth.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for print solutions, a track record of winning new business, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial print sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Promote a wide range of high-quality print solutions, including litho, digital, and bespoke printed products.
Work closely with internal teams, including production and customer service, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic sales planning.
Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. 

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven track record in print sales, with experience in litho and digital print solutions.
Strong ability to generate new business and grow accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of the print production process and an ability to offer tailored solutions to clients.
A passion for delivering exceptional service and high-quality print solutions.
