Hours: Monday to Friday 

07:00am - 16:30pm 
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Stores Person to join our client’s team in Wolverhampton. This is a customer-facing role, requiring excellent communication and organisational skills, with responsibility for stock management, order processing, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with the client.

Issue stock products to the client accurately and efficiently.

Source and provide supplier catalogues and product reference materials as required.

Expedite outstanding purchase orders in a timely manner.

Record goods delivered into the stock control system with accuracy.

Release products on back order for client delivery.

Confirm customer deliveries promptly.

Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and authorised where necessary.

Complete stock deliveries within one working day of receipt.

Conduct regular stock checks and record adjustments as appropriate.

Allocate stock locations for new products.

Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the store.

Attend site meetings as required and follow up on any actions.

Carry out any additional duties in line with the nature of the role.

Strong IT skills (SAP experience desirable but not essential).

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
