An IT support company is eager for an enthusiastic individual to join their friendly team, the chosen individual will provide a single point of contact to internal colleagues reporting IT related incidents. No IT experience is necessary since training will be provided,

* Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or digital ticketing systems

* Log incidents accurately and escalate where necessary
