We are currently recruiting for a Lead Commercial Surveyor for a local authority on a initial 3 month contract but likely to extend.
  
You will act as the lead advisor for all commercial and investment property and asset management relating to owned land and buildings. You will maximise rental income, minimise liabilities and optimising use. You will lead on lease restructures, debt management, review and lease reviews / renewals and any negotiations.
  
The ideal candidate will have past experience leading the management of commercial properties and assets. You will also have a Surveying qualification and be a Corporate Member of RICS.
  
This role will be hybrid based ideally working 3 days in the office.
  
Day Rate: Up to £700 per day Umbrella based.
