The school is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Maths Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them develop confidence and curiosity in Mathematics while achieving their academic goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons tailored to a range of abilities

Prepare students for assessments and GCSE exams, ensuring strong progress

Create a positive, supportive classroom environment that encourages participation

Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners

Use creative strategies and real-world applications to bring Maths to life

Contribute to departmental planning, assessment, and curriculum development

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

The successful Maths Teacher will have:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent qualification in Mathematics

Experience teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

A proactive, inspiring, and student-centred teaching style

A genuine passion for helping students achieve their potential
