Reeson Education is recruiting experienced and qualified Early Years Practitioners to work in private nurseries across Waltham Forest. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner who enjoys nursery-based early years work and is looking for flexible shifts, longer-term placements, or a combination of both.

Private nurseries across Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone and Chingford regularly require skilled Early Years Practitioners to support children aged 0-5 with play-based learning, early development and daily routines. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years provision in warm, well-run nursery settings.

Your Role as an Early Years Practitioner

Supporting children's learning through play and structured activities

Assisting with early communication, language and social development

Supporting daily routines including meals, hygiene and transitions

Creating a safe, nurturing and engaging nursery environment

Working collaboratively as an Early Years Practitioner within nursery teams

What We're Looking For

A qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare essential)

Previous experience working as an Early Years Practitioner in a nursery setting

Warm, patient and child-centred approach

Strong understanding of EYFS development

Ability to work across private nurseries in Waltham Forest
