Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, messenger, and email, ensuring prompt responses.

Deliver exceptional service, keeping customers informed and providing solutions.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while supporting business development.

Assist with sales promotions, helping customers maximize profit margins.

Work collaboratively with telesales and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Prior experience in customer service or food wholesale is advantageous but not essential.
