Leading UK-based composite manufacturer is expanding and are now looking to bring experienced Composite Trimmers into their team

You’ll be supporting high-end automotive and motorsport programmes, producing precision components where finish, accuracy and attention to detail are critical.

? The Role

As a Composite Trimmer, you’ll be responsible for:

Trimming and fettling carbon fibre and prepreg components

*

Using hand tools, air tools and trimming equipment

*

Working to tight tolerances and high cosmetic standards

*

Interpreting drawings and trim templates

*

Ensuring components meet quality and finish requirements

✅ What we’re looking for

*

Previous experience as a Composite Trimmer essential

*

Background in aerospace, automotive or motorsport preferred

*

Strong eye for detail and pride in workmanship

*

Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-quality environments
